Delicious and crunchy Bang Bang Chicken Sliders topped with a creamy and spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 4 slider buns
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten egg, and one for breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the flour, ensuring it’s fully coated before shaking off excess.
  4. Immerse the floured chicken tender into the beaten egg, allowing it to soak up the egg.
  5. Coat the chicken tender in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good crunch.
  6. Place the prepared chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  8. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  9. Assemble the sliders once the chicken is done baking by placing a chicken tender on a slider bun, drizzling with Bang Bang sauce, and adding lettuce and pickles if desired.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, consider using panko breadcrumbs. Customize the sauce to suit your taste by adjusting the sriracha and sweet chili sauce levels.
