  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green beans
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Marinate chicken tenders with soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for 15 minutes.
  3. Dip chicken tenders into beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken on the baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Heat and stir until thickened.
  6. Serve chicken with green beans and drizzle the sauce on top. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Experiment with adding herbs to the panko or try a bit of grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
