Create your own delicious Philly cheesesteak using a Blackstone griddle, combining juicy steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted cheese in a warm hoagie roll.

  • 1 pound juicy steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 4 slices cheese (provolone or Cheez Whiz)
  • 1 cup sautéed peppers (green and red bell peppers)
  • 1 cup sautéed onions
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil to the griddle and sauté the peppers and onions until they are soft.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then place it on the griddle.
  4. Cook the steak until it reaches your desired doneness, then chop it into small pieces.
  5. Add the sautéed peppers and onions to the chopped steak and mix well.
  6. Place slices of cheese on top and allow it to melt.
  7. Serve the cheesesteak mixture in hoagie rolls.

Notes

For a crispy texture, toast the hoagie rolls slightly on the griddle before filling them. Experiment with different cheeses for unique flavors.
