Delicious white chicken enchiladas with a creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Chicken broth
  • Sour cream
  • Green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream and green chiles; stir until combined.
  4. In each tortilla, place a portion of the shredded chicken and cheese, then roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the white sauce over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with additional cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
