These burgers combine tender chicken, fresh spinach, and creamy white cheddar for a delicious and healthy meal.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped spinach, grated cheese, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into six equal patties about three-quarters of an inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook each patty for around six minutes per side until golden brown, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
