  • Olive oil

  • Pepper
  • Your choice of dry rub (customized spices)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger smoker or pellet grill to 225°F (about 107°C).
  2. In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with olive oil.
  3. Add your dry rub to the wings, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings on the grill grates and smoke for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 74°C).
  5. For a crispy skin, increase the temperature to 400°F (about 204°C) and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Let the wings rest after removing them from the grill to redistribute juices for better flavor and texture.
