A flavorful teriyaki chicken wrap with marinated chicken, vibrant veggies, and a drizzle of teriyaki sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or fun lunches.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Lay out the tortillas and arrange the lettuce, carrots, and green onions in the center.
  6. Add sliced chicken on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides, and serve with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken for a few hours or overnight and experiment with different toppings such as cucumbers or avocados.
