Crispy chicken wings marinated in a sweet and tangy chili lime sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat.
  4. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for a few minutes after baking. Patting the wings dry before marinating can enhance crispiness.
