A delightful fusion of tender chicken, savory garlic, and noodles coated in a sweet soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Keep an eye on the heat to prevent burning the garlic and chicken. Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
