A quick and delicious dish featuring tender chicken and flavorful garlic noodles, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and honey to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of chili flakes.
