4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until well incorporated.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture generously on top of each piece.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is cooked through.
