A creamy and flavorful dish combining spinach, artichoke hearts, and a cheesy filling atop tender chicken breasts.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until well incorporated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spoon the spinach-artichoke mixture generously on top of each piece.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is cooked through.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating fresh herbs like thyme or basil.
