Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Potatoes (for fries)
  • Romaine lettuce (for Greek salad)
  • Tomatoes (for Greek salad)
  • Cucumber (for Greek salad)
  • Red onion (for Greek salad)
  • Feta cheese (for Greek salad)
  • Olives or bell peppers (optional for salad)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for 30 minutes to absorb flavors.
  3. Grill the marinated wings over medium heat or bake them at 400°F for about 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the wings cook, prepare the homemade fries by soaking cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then draining and drying them.
  5. Toss the potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake at a high temperature until crispy.
  6. Prepare the Greek salad by combining romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss with dressing to taste.

Notes

Allow the wings to marinate for maximum flavor and use a wire rack for baking to achieve crispiness.
