  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kale or spinach, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons creamy Southwest dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the whole-grain wraps by laying them flat on a clean surface.
