Ingredients

  • – Zest of 10 lemons (about 60 ml)
  • – 4 cups beef vodka (960 ml)
  • – 2 cups simple syrup (480 ml)

Instructions

  1. Place the zest from the lemons into a quart-sized Mason jar. Pour in the beef vodka until full. Secure the lid on the jar by tightening it until it’s snug.
  2. Adjust your sous vide device to 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. When the sous vide has reached the desired temperature, submerge the Mason jar in the water bath and let it cook for 2 hours.
  4. Once the 2 hours have passed, let the limoncello reach room temperature.
  5. Cool the limoncello slightly before straining out the lemon zest and mixing the infused vodka with the simple syrup.
  6. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
