Ingredients

  • – 5 cups (1200 ml) (1.2 liters) Cauliflower Florets, one large head, or one and a half small heads
  • – 1/4 cup (25g) Grated Cheese
  • – 3 tablespoons (45g) Butter
  • – 2 Cloves Garlic
  • – 2 tablespoons (30ml) Milk, add as needed
  • – Salt, to taste
  • – Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the exterior of the cauliflower, slice it in half, and discard the central stalk.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets, ensuring they are of similar size.
  3. Boil the florets for approximately 10 minutes or until they become very soft; test this with a fork.
  4. Drain the boiled cauliflower thoroughly, ensuring minimal water remains, and move it to a food processor.
  5. Combine the drained cauliflower with garlic, grated cheese, and butter, blending them together. Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
  6. Gradually incorporate milk into the mashed mixture until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency.
