A creamy and flavorful slow cooker chicken dish that combines spinach and artichokes for a delightful meal.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice or pasta if desired.
