Delicious and healthy ground chicken burgers flavored with garlic, parmesan, and lemon juice, perfect for a family dinner.

  • 1 1/4 lbs Ground Chicken
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Grill Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Burger Buns

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with minced garlic.
  2. Add grill seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  3. Blend everything until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into four patties, keeping them approximately 1/2-inch thick for even cooking.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil once it warms up.
  6. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
  7. Toast the burger buns lightly in a separate pan or toaster.
  8. Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For added moisture, consider incorporating yogurt or mayonnaise into the mixture. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for proper doneness.
