Deliciously crispy chicken wings marinated in a sweet and savory pineapple-teriyaki sauce, perfect for gatherings or game days.

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
  • 1 tbsp green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and ginger.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade, coating them well, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
  5. Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  6. If you prefer a thicker glaze, bring the remaining marinade to a boil, mix in cornstarch, and cook until thickened.
  7. Toss the baked wings in the glaze just before serving and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, dry the wings before marinating and consider broiling them for the last few minutes of baking.
