  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. If using vegetables, sauté them in a pan for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Place marinated chicken and any sautéed vegetables in a baking dish or directly on the grill.
  5. Add pineapple chunks on top or around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or grill for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
