A simple yet flavorful Parmesan crusted chicken recipe that guarantees a crispy exterior and a juicy interior, perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
