A delightful and easy-to-make dish that transforms chicken breasts with a crispy parmesan and panko crust, enhanced by a mayonnaise mixture.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In another bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the mayo mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For a better flavor, use fresh parmesan instead of pre-grated cheese. Adjust seasoning in the breadcrumb mixture as desired.
