A deliciously crispy Parmesan crusted chicken recipe that transforms simple ingredients into a flavorful dish loved by all.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve warm from the oven.
