Savory chicken bombs bursting with flavor, featuring ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken bombs are golden and cooked through.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using cayenne pepper or Italian seasoning. Ensure not to overmix to keep the chicken bombs juicy.
