  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight. Broiling the drumsticks for the last few minutes creates an even crisper skin.
