A simple yet flavorful recipe for perfectly cooked oven baked chicken breast, seasoned with herbs and spices.

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly chopped parsley for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cracked black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and apply the spice mixture evenly over them.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few moments before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil the chicken in the last few minutes of cooking. If the chicken turns out dry, it may have been overcooked.
