A simple and delicious recipe for oven baked chicken that delivers juicy flavors perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or coat with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
