Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, coating them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For better crispiness, consider using a wire rack on your baking sheet. Allowing the chicken to rest after baking will make it more tender.
