  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, adding them to the skillet.
  3. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
