A simple and flavorful one pan meal featuring chicken drumsticks, potatoes, and carrots, perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners.

  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, ensuring the chicken and veggies are well coated with olive oil, salt, and herbs.
