A flavorful, tender chicken dish made with ranch seasoning, au jus gravy, and pepperoncini, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 46 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the butter and place the pepperoncini peppers on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.
  5. Serve the shredded chicken with the sauce over rice or on a sandwich.

Notes

For added flavor, sear the chicken before cooking and adjust the spice level by adding more pepperoncini or hot sauce.
