Delicious bite-sized tacos filled with seasoned ground chicken, topped with cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water; stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Arrange mini taco shells on a baking tray and fill each shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each taco.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and shells are crispy.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes
