  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  4. Combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring complete coverage.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
