  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of ¾ inch.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  6. Place the chicken in your prepared baking dish. Optionally, sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown on top.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
