  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and minced garlic, cooking until heated through.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Lay out the lettuce leaves or tortillas.
