  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Drizzle olive oil into the breadcrumb mixture, stirring until it resembles wet sand.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture until fully coated, pressing down to ensure adherence.
  6. Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
