Transform your weeknight dinner with this flavorful Longhorn Parmesan Chicken, featuring a crispy panko topping and creamy parmesan-ranch dressing.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup creamy parmesan-ranch dressing
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season each chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, combine the creamy parmesan-ranch dressing with half of the grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture over each seasoned chicken breast liberally.
  5. In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, remaining parmesan cheese, and olive oil together.
  6. Press the panko mixture firmly onto the chicken breasts.
  7. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
