  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle garlic butter sauce over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

For a more pronounced lemon flavor, consider marinating the chicken in lemon juice for 30 minutes before seasoning. Adjust cooking times based on the thickness of chicken breasts.
