Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the thinly sliced chicken to the marinade and toss to coat.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the marinated chicken in batches and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
