Delicious and easy-to-make junior chicken patties with a crispy exterior and juicy interior, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into six equal patties, ensuring they are uniform in size.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan, cooking them for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the patties from the pan and allow them to rest on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Notes

To keep patties juicy, avoid pressing down on them while cooking. These patties can be doubled for larger crowds and freeze well.
