  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for deeper flavors.
  5. When ready to cook, preheat your grill, stovetop skillet, or oven.
  6. Cook the chicken until it’s golden brown and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
