  • 1 head Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 head Broccoli Florets
  • 12 oz Sliced Smoked Sausage
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the diced onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the minced garlic and sliced smoked sausage into the skillet, cooking until the sausage browns slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth and creamy.
  6. Once the sausage mixture is ready, fold in the steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the vegetables and sausage, stirring gently to combine.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
