  • Ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Burger buns
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.

Instructions

  1. Shape the ground beef into patties of your desired size and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
