Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (500g) chicken thighs (deboned, skin-on)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1 big pinch salt
  • Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Rub the minced garlic all over the chicken thighs.
  3. Combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet and pour the marinade over them, spooning it to ensure thorough coating. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked, basting with any pooled sauce.
  6. Broil for an additional minute until the skin is charred.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Adjust the cayenne pepper for desired spiciness.
