  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (use colors of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for up to two hours. Feel free to add colorful veggies like snap peas or carrots for a twist.
