Tender chicken breasts coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for any meal.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet over medium-high heat and add a touch of oil once hot.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they develop a golden brown crust. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mixing until well combined.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan with the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is thoroughly cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking for the best texture. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
