Delicious homemade burger patties made with seasoned ground beef, perfect for weekend cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix well and form into patties.
  3. Preheat the grill.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Refrigerate the patties for 30 minutes before grilling to help them hold their shape. Experiment with additional spices to customize the flavor.
