Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider using panko breadcrumbs. Allow coated tenders to rest before baking for better adhesion.
