Irresistiblly sticky and flavorful chicken wings packed with the unique taste of Hennessy, honey, and soy sauce, perfect for gatherings or game days.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Hennessy cognac
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Hennessy, honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the sauce.
  4. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss in any remaining sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the wings for at least an hour or overnight. Double the marinade for extra saucy wings.
