Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in a portion of the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust sweetness with soy sauce if necessary.
