A refreshing and nutritious chicken salad with a delightful blend of shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, dill pickles, celery, and sweet grapes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup purple grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), dill pickles, celery, grapes, fresh dill, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
